Confusion about dataset splitting

Hi Jiayu,

I would like to express my appreciation for providing Phavip. However, I have encountered some confusion while working with it. For the dataset split by similarity, is the model still using 10-fold cross-validation to train the model? Also, how do I choose the non-PVP data?
