Project only works with GLES2

Under GLES3 it shows this shader error

ERROR: SceneShaderGLES3: Vertex Program Compilation Failed:
0(377) : error C1503: undefined variable "normal_attrib"

That's strange, the project should actually be GLES3 and doesn't do anything fancy to the shaders - it's the default Godot shader and materials.
