clean build fails since fbb27f58f399019

After building with make clean; make; make install I get the following error:

error: Extra data missing in detached metadata
make: *** [Makefile:65: install] Error 1

Which I've bisected to the above commit.

Im having the same problem now when trying to install...

The extra data link, hash and sizes match when I check manually… and extra data is resolved at installation time. I don't understand the problem.

The lack of extra data is what is causing the overall install to fail...

No I mean, I don't understand why it doesn't work. Which version fo Flatpak are you using? This seems similar to this solved issue: flatpak/flatpak#550
