Unsaved changes prompt shows even after saving

Describe the bug
It most of the time will show when nothing has changed. I believe this is due to another issue of context menus not blocking clicks sent to contents behind them

To Reproduce

1. Create a layout
2. Save changes via toolbar Layout > Save
3. Close editor via toolbar Layout > Close editor
4. See Unsaved changes prompt even when nothing has changed

Expected behavior
It should not show the unsaved changes prompt
