gives me this error and yes i have ffmpeg installed, i tried using the exe, the python code, both given me the same error

Can't really help you with your library issues my friend. It's just python that uses Tkinter for gui and ffmpeg. It's a pretty simple script. If you are getting an error then it means that you do not have the path correctly set up and configured for ffmpeg assuming you are using Windows. There are lots of open source tools out there that you can use for this. This is just something for my own stuff because I use a lot of ffmpeg. If you do not know how to properly set executable paths then you can always try using https://www.onlineconverter.com/add-image-to-mp3 or learn how to use Linux.
