i download the program again and got a trojan, my two antivirus (windows and avast) i have no idea why because at the first download it didnt do that

It is a false positive. Literally every antivirus software considers any non-signed software that self-extracts a virus. You can always choose to run the code directly. that is why that is there, it is open source. just install Python and ffmpeg.
