### Description The lowfrequency toolkit helps the user to analyze wind data from stations that report only 'mean' data over 1min or longer (typically 1 or 10 minutes). Hence, this toolkit will get a dataframe (dask/pandas) of a station and help its analysis. currently, the analysis is to plot the climatology figure that was implemented (but does not work now). ### Datasources The data for analysis will usually be part of another experiment. Hence, this toolkit will ideally be used as part of the specific-experiment toolkit. Therefore, it will just get data as input and help analyze, and will not be responsible for getting the data or arranging the properties of the wind-stations. As part of this milestone we will open a new project that will be responsible for updating the data from the IMS. ### Functions 1. Convert standard formats of averaged-wind to parquet. 2. Analysis of frequencies to compute frequencies and etc. 3. plotting the frequencies in a time-probability plot.
