This guy í stýring án hás hurt me and my fámálu

So I know this guy and he’s been hacking my computer on my phone for three or four years I don’t know him but he stole a lot of money for me. Crypto blah blah blah and now he still has a domain over my iCloud or emails. What do I do? Can somebody help me?/
