Using hyprpm getting error "Couldn't enable plugin (missing?)

I copied the hyprpm install method commands and pasted them into my terminal, the add seemed to work but it gave the error message that it couldn't enable.

If I rerun both commands this is the output:

dyllankolinen@fedora:~$ hyprpm add https://github.com/KZDKM/Hypro
hyprpm enable Hypro

✖ Could not clone the plugin repository. Repository already installed.
✖ Couldn't enable plugin (missing?)
