Carbon Capture and Storage technology name missing from ReadMe

The CS abbreviation found in the model file of OSeMBE, relating to the Carbon Capture and Storage TECHNOLOGY name is missing from the ReadTheDocs.

In the ReadTheDocs, in the table stating all the technologies, CS should be added in the "Code" column, with the "Technology" description "Carbon Capture and Storage".
