The following little thing:
When selecting the question (No. 1..99), the Moodle questions of the question type "Information" are also numbered consecutively instead of with "i", which is why there are deviations in the question numbers. So "1" then stands for "Information" and "2" then stands for "Question 1" and so on (image).
Well, now participants are constantly selecting the wrong question... Can you please adjust this? =)
