Please i tried to use the script to prepare an input parameter and run the Vic 4.2 for a basin in Ghana, however, i get this error. Please can you be of help?

Calculated wilting point moisture (34874.737312 mm) is greater than calculated critical point moisture (1.499989 mm) for layer 0.
In the soil parameter file, Wpwp_FRACT MUST be <= Wcr_FRACT.

i am i doing something wrong. Please do you have any tutorial for input data preparation because in the script folder i see other files which are not reflecting in the tutorial. Examples are the HWSD_CLS_DATA, soil_type_attributes.json and veg_type_attributes_igbp.json. please help with the input data preparation with different shapefiles.
