Hi Mark,

I was trying to run the sample file and some other data for other region and i am getting the following error

Model output is in standard ASCII format.
*** buffer overflow detected ***: ../VIC.4.2.d/src/vicNl terminated
Aborted (core dumped)``

Do you have any idea the cause for this error. All the other python codes work perfectly 💯

This error is coming from the VIC execution. Not sure exactly what is causing this because I haven't run into it before but it looks like error occurs when VIC is trying to write the results.

Do you have additional information on what outputs and format options you are using (from the global parameter file)?
