Extend "Create a production file" option of the sample_manager

It is only possible to add samples based on the sample type like dyjets or data. However, in the sample type folders all samples are included that have this sample type e.g. in the data folder there are SingleMuon*, EGamma* or JetHT* and all of them are added if I add data to my list. It would be better if an additional selection would be available to specifically pick individual samples.
