Refactoring existing code into testable units and create tests for CLI

What is the desired change?

Currently, a vast majority of kaos cli commands do not have associated unit tests, which would be helpful in reducing development and testing time.

How will this change improve kaos?

Reduce manual testing and increase development productivity.

Any thoughts on the implementation approach?

General refactor to derive unit-testable components.
