Viewing new sample, RPE crashes

Hi Kenji :)

I was able to create a db with a reference and reads (blast tabular) and view only one plot with a given read sample. however, when I switched to another read, the screen turned a transparent gray over the HTML site and no plot showed up. On the R-studio terminal it said:

Any databases you created or plots you made are stored in: /Users/djfeistel/Desktop/RecruitPlotEasy_db

so basically, I cannot switch between read plots without it crashing. I exited out of R and tried to load the same database again and the same issue happened (no plot just a gray haze).

any clue what is going on?
