1.1.0 install on HPC issue

The error reports that the add_depth-to-PE-SR-calls.pl script attempts to call the 'new' method on Tabix, but that it cant find the operator. Even though the script loads the Tabix module without error.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The code in add-depth-to-PE-SR-calls.pl line 43 seems sensible enough, and the latest version seems to still have a constructor (https://github.com/Ensembl/Bio-DB-HTS/blob/04b8e964aa1de9ccdd67c3f0034b10e4a36f92f9/lib/Bio/DB/HTS/Tabix.pm#L33).

@J-Bradlee could you please take a look?
