Scaffold label cropping

First of all, love this tool, thanks for making it.

I'm having one small issue where the labels of my scaffolds e.g. "Scaffold_1" are being chopped off at the edges of the output .svg is there a quick tweak I can make so that I can see the full label in the output images?

Apologies if I've missed something obvious.

Basically tweaking the radius of the circle can help since the labels are rendered based on that.

It's a common enough issue I might see if I can make this kind of modification easier though.

I'll see if I can get to once I get back home from vacation.
