Provided link to grumpifycat does not work (404)

I was trying to follow the readme, but apparently the link to grumpify dataset is not working anymore.
Maybe you can update it with this one, if the content of the file are the same: https://efrosgans.eecs.berkeley.edu/cyclegan/datasets/grumpifycat.zip
