Dataset generation of Task II

Hello,
Thanks for your insightful work! I am a little confused about the dataset generation procedure of Task II. I noticed the words"The mixing mechanism for this dataset is based on physical imaging models [82,55,31,10,64]." in the paper. Does it mean that your use models such as Atmosphere Scattering Model (ASM)? However, there are several types of degradation. So, several masks and images will be mixed while ASM seems to be designed for mixing a type of degradation and a image. Could you tell me more detailed information about it?

I think we simply ignored this " ASM seems to be designed for mixing a type of degradation and an image" and didn't consider their mixed effects from ASM.
