Very good plugin, thank you!
I downloaded the source code to add a "user login form" in the view MaintenancePage.cshtml and the controller action to allow a User (with or without any backoffice permission) to log-in directly from the view.
In my case is used to allow the customer to view the website (instead of using windows auth).
I think this can be a good feature (maybe).
