[Frontend] Admin Modify Time Flow

Description

Add the flow for admins where they can modify the time they are open each day! The default for this will be 10 AM - 6 PM, but we want to let admins modify the time if they would like for a specific day. This will be a modal that will open up if you click on "Customize Event" at the top left of the screen in admin view. You can see the designs on Figma:

Make sure the frontend looks identical to the Figma :)
