[Frontend] Make Time Slots be Uneditable/Unclickable (View Only) for Volunteer View

Description

Currently, on the volunteer view, users can edit their times from today onwards (and they are unable to click on any days before today). Our client wants it so that volunteers can only sign up/edit their time slots from tomorrow onwards instead. Make it so that for today's time slots they are uneditable (so remove the "Confirm" button, remove any features that allow users to add/remove time slots, and maybe change the header text to be something like "Your Volunteering Times:").

Testing

Make sure that this only occurs for time slots that are today, time slots from tomorrow onwards should maintain their current functionality.
