Suggestions to improve the page Council Period Scoring from Marketing WG

1. Council Period Parameters

3. Deadline notes

This means the council can not "formally" approve a final version of their own, nor the working groups summaries through a proposal, as there will be a "new" Council by the time it's completed. Instead, the "old" Council will be allowed to make corrections, by simply having one of the "old" Council members posting a new version of the report as a reply to the one made by the Lead, within the Council Period Summary Deadline (meaning an extra 6 hours).
