Redesign landing page of handbook #16
Description
The handbook links from the project's main website in the header for Learn More however the landing page is currently very overwhelming and does more to explain the incentives program than to learn more about the project
What the Start Here page should include ideally:
- A good, basic explanation of the project
- A tiny bit of technical information (what blockchain etc)
- An explanation of what the current status of the project is (testnet, with incentives program, being developed)
- Links to important things, with descriptions (Pioneer, Atlas, Notion, Discord)
- A brief explanation of the FM program with a link to its relevant page
