Feature Request: Using Custom Fields:

Hi there!

I was wondering if it would be possible that instead of the plugin arranging the users by assignee, they could arrange the users according to a custom field?

So let's say, I don't want to view the tasks according to the user responsible, but I want to view them according to department (which I've set up as a custom field).

Would you have any suggestions on how i can mod this?
