Feature Request: Lock Shine level types behind items

What feature would you like to see?

In stage shine types could be locked behind items. E.G:
Shadow Mario levels are locked behind receiving Shadow Mario's Brush
Red Coin levels are locked behind Red Coin Radar
Secret Shine levels are locked behind Detector glasses or something.

Underwater Nozzle is required to be able to get underwater levels.
