Extracting columns from a query needs to resolve multiple schemas when none specified

Verify SQAPL returns the list sorted by schema (or sort it ourselves) then we can just take the first group.
Can't use a ∪, because different schemas may have different columns

I'm betting that trying to default to 'public' might not be a universal solution -- but need to confirm. This would be a more robust solution if it covers all cases.
