Can't create translations that include the letter "b"

Translations can't contain the letter "b".

Steps to reproduce on Windows:
1. Open a project.
2. Create a new translation.
3. Go into the translation field for any locale.
4. Type something.
5. Type the letter b.
6. The text field will get unfocused.
7. Realize it's impossible to enter a b in a translation.
8. Be confused.
9. Question your life choices.
