Could not start com.apple.dt.simulatelocation!

I use idevicelocation command to change the location .but it report error :
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ idevicelocation 23 24
Could not start com.apple.dt.simulatelocation!
Do you know how to resolve it ?

Is your device IOS 13.3 ? the developer image isn't available for it yet, meaning it can't fake location

Same for me. Same error on iOS 17.0.3 (iPad) and Xcode 15.0
