Add more flexible parameter control

The parameters: 'r2', nsfw censor_nsfw are currently not tweak-able in the app, some users may want to control these parameters.

Other General Considerations:

• Also if you publish to stores such as Google Play, etc, i recommend you add good PEGI rating like PG (refer to the relevant legal guidance for more), Even if censor is enabled, they are not perfect so its good to add, maybe also a disclaimer. This is for liability purposes (if you plan to distribute on any app stores).

R2 is preferred and only controls how the image is sent back to the user, as base64 data or a link to cloudflare r2.

Regarding nsfw: Google removed another Horde UI from the play store, with the stated reason being that it provided nsfw images (check the aipainter channel on horde discord)
