Trigger update when local .ics file has been updated #12

I recently set up an automated export of a calendar to an .ics file, which is saved to /data/, accessible from calunite via the Docker volume, which is working great.

Much like how you adjusted calunite to watch for config files changes to fire off an update, it would be awesome if it could monitor a specific folder for updated files and then trigger an update/reload or maybe if it watched local .ics files that are set in the config file and if a file size is changed, or timestamp is modified have calunite read the .ics for changes.
