A new release would be super sweet.

I think these pending PRs would be good to include:

• chore(deps): bump upper python requirement to 3.13 #1814
• feat(taker): add banned_maker_ids policy config #1807
• tor: allow authenticating to control port using hashedpassword auth #1799
• chore(deps): bump txtorcon to 24.8.0 #1815

These could also be nice:

• Add testnet4 support #1741
• removed jquery #1704
• Trim docker image size #1800
• install, docker: --with-matplotlib #1816

Yes, I plan to do new release soon. But prefer to be more conservative about PRs to merge before that. Definitely #1814 seems important, not sure about the rest. As everything requires review and testing time.

To me looks like #1792 should be in the next release. Its a small PR that doesnt require any testing, but its important because it solves the zero bond spamming problem we've been dealing with. In the discussion #1790 everybody seemed to be in favour of it.
