Add a CLI command that generates and opens a configuration file for the user to fill out.

Currently, users need to manually create the configuration file for our application, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. Users may also not know the necessary parameters to include in the file.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a CLI command that generates a configuration file with default values and opens it in a text editor for the user to fill out. The command should also provide comments or instructions on what values to include or modify in the file. This will make it easier and faster for users to set up the application.
Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative is to provide a web-based form for users to fill out and generate the configuration file for them. However, this would require additional development resources and may not be suitable for users who prefer using the command line. Another alternative is to provide a sample configuration file with necessary parameters, but this may still require users to manually create the file and could potentially miss new parameters or changes to the application
