Shell-craft should automatically attempt to update itself for nonmajor version changes.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Frequently updating Shell-craft for every change can be a hassle, and users may not always remember to do so.
Describe the solution you'd like
Shell-craft should automatically check for updates and download them if they are non-major version changes (e.g. v1.1.2 -> v1.1.3). Users should be given the option to opt-in or opt-out of this feature.
Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative is to send out notifications to users when non-major version updates are available, but this could be intrusive and annoying for some users who don't want the notifications. Another alternative is to leave it up to users to manually check for updates, but this can be time-consuming and some may forget to do so.
