Allow for support of non-chat openai models

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is a limitation to the type of models that can be used for prompts in the OpenAI integration. Specifically, all prompts are currently limited to being chat completion based. This can be limiting for programmers who would like to use OpenAI's codex models for a variety of other applications.

Describe the solution you'd like
A solution that would enable codex-based models to be supported in the OpenAI integration. This would include the addition of codex-based models like text-davinci-003 or any of OpenAI's codex models.

As per #44 (comment) I'm not seeing an easy way to detected which models support which endpoints other than the table that is provided on OpenAI's website.

I don't think relying on hardcoding or the table is a good solution to ensure that shell-craft is always up to date with the current mappings.

Well, until another solution comes about we'll hard code these for now. Currently only the chat completion models are supported.

It allows you to add support for non OpenAI models and we maintain the integration . I'd love to help make the PR if it seems useful
