Connectivity indicators #41
Description
There should be indicators for each wiki on the index, showing if we can connect to them or not.
%wiki will probably need to poke or scry them whenever the index page is loaded, and use that to determine connectivity.
Green: active, pinged and response received (should show response time on hover)
Gray: pinged, response not received yet (or ever)
Red: negative response received, remote ship does not acknowledge existence of wiki (probably deleted and not synced)
