Description
There should be a way to include dynamic links to any page in %wiki, without having to worry about getting the absolute or relative link right.
Something like [[Page Title|~zod/some-wiki/some/page]] (not necessarily this notation exactly).
Should result in different link format in different cases:
- browsing via clearweb
https://wiki-host.com/wiki/some-wiki/some/page
- browsing via urbit
- link to local wiki:
https://this-host.com/wiki/some-wiki/some/page - link to remote wiki:
https://this-host.com/wiki/~/p/~zod/zome-wiki/some/page
