Add Tkinter GUI

A graphics user interface for the project would make the project more accessible to users who are not familiar with the CLI.

Requirements for the GUI:

1. File picker to select the file containing code
2. File picker to select the batch file
3. File picker to select the checker file.
4. All checkbox
5. Graph checkbox
6. Quiet mode checkbox.
7. Run button.
8. Display same output as in CLI version
9. GUI should be isolated in a file called GUI.py
