Missing functions in frame_reg.mat (thanks in advance!)

Dear Jinghao,

Thank you for sharing your work with the community.

While running min1pipe, I have encountered a few missing functions in the frame_reg.mat file.
In particular, dominant_patch, fspecial, hier_clust, intra_section, nonstable_section, and inter_section seem to be missing from the github repository. I might be overlooking something so any help would be highly appreciated.

I guess you are talking about frame_reg.m file? All the functions are actually in the folder called movement_correction but not elements. If you follow the link there should be no issue.
