`dex2oat` failed in recent Android versions

Should say it is installed.

Says "Not installed" and "LSPosed is not installed"

This bug happens because methods OatHeader::GetKeyValueStore and OatHeader::GetKeyValueStoreSize are no longer exported in the dex2oat binaries.

This mismatch seems to be a bug of Android system, since it happens even with LSPosed disabled.
