when switching from Trickstore to TEE-simulator - my health insurance APP no longer works

I have a OnePlus 8 with LineageOS 23.2.
I use Apatch as my root app.
When I use Trickstore, my health insurance app works, but when I use TEESimulator instead, my health app reports that my phone is not secure.
It doesn't matter whether I use the latest version or the current version of TEE Simulator.
I don't know how much more information I can provide.

Do you have any idea what I could do?

Your health care application com.appseleration.android.selfcare might be exploiting some detection points of TEESimulator.

Currently, a pull-request is addressing some known detection points. Could you please test the latest CI builds: https://github.com/JingMatrix/TEESimulator/actions/runs/23281683828 ?

No, the app doesn't work with TEESimulator CI
It doesn't work with Trickstore OSS either—only with the original Trickstore.

I also made sure to clear the app's data and cache beforehand.

I'll just leave it as is then.
