Reason for disagreement:
In normal operation of a command line application, if the size of the window is important for formatting or for the user, I would expect there to be a common line length alligned by the developers. Given that there are headers and line breaks printed out by the program, I would expect that lines are formatted as per the line break length, see figure 1.2.

We can look at this from 2 perspectives.

1. The window should be sized automatically upon launch for the user.
   (This is a normal expectation for a User.)
2. The window requires manual resizing by the User.
   (This should be documented in the UG to instruct a new User.)
