entries command given in UG not recognised

Following instruction number 5 in UG after launching app does not work. App indentifies it as invalid.

Team's Response

User was trying to use the entries command in Dolla mode.

However, it is stated clearly in Step 5 of the Quick Start section of the User Guide that entries command is valid in the entry mode. It should be noted that the command entries was given as an example of a command that can be used in the application, not upon start up (in Dolla Mode).

This clarification was also made in section 4.2 and 4.5.1 of UG

Severity also lowered as operations of product is not affected at all.

Reason for disagreement:
The instructions in the UG given is a Quick Start guide and numbered in sequence. It should be expected that executing the instructions in sequence create the Main Success Scenario (MSS) of the application. Naturally, some Use Cases as raised by the developer's response do require pre-conditions. However, given this MSS is in the Quick Start guide and no pre-condition is specified, this should be a valid documentation bug. I.e. the team should define a Quick Start guide which either follows a sequence of events of the MSS or if it is not contiguous, specify the pre-conditions.

Figure 1.1, the image below specifies that Use Cases given are valid for user acceptance testing:
