Recommended hotkeys for macOS

Might want to add a column for macOS recommended hotkeys, where the cmd key is used rather than ctrl.

For example, italics should have ⌘I; just as with Google Docs, the recommended hotkey for changing a heading should be something like ⌥⌘1
