Reuse make_observation from tree_builder.py?

I have not checked this code carefully, but I wonder if it was implemented from scratch or stolen from / inspired by the methods in the tree_builder script?

I implemented it from scratch with my previous assumption that cells are observable iff the line connecting their centers do not contain part of a wall. However, as suggested by Marta during the meeting yesterday, I should instead reuse the code from MST repository. I will do so this week.
