ADC/TDC matching in BCAL #249
Description
The effect of NPEAKS=3 being enabled in the ADC should be studied, and the ADC/TDC matching in DBCALUnifiedHit_factory.cc should be reviewed. At minimum a maximum time allowed between the matched ADC and TDC times should probably be implemented.
