Does "ECAL" need to be added to this script to store the relevant configuration files in RCDB?

Bumping this since I think we're still not writing ECAL configuration files to RCDB, for example https://halldweb.jlab.org/rcdb/runs/info/131940

Unfortunately my time is barely enough to keep CCDB/RCDB code afloat somehow. It is slow and difficult for me to promptly help experiments and halls (even GlueX/HallD, sorry!). To really speed the process up probably would be wise to appoint someone to be responsible for RCDB at HallD.
