It is still not working properly. For a while the main page looked ok, but the buttons at the top give 500 internal server error. I can access the run info pages for the runs on the main page using the button on the main page, but if I change the run number in the url to an older run then it crashes with the same error. I was trying to see 120451. And now the main page is giving the original error again. Apparently I do not have permission to reopen the issue.

I see sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (pymysql.err.OperationalError) (1040, 'Too many connections') - so it looks like it is hallddb load cutoff. I'll write to CIT

Do you use hallddb-ext by any chance? This server is currently hammered by mcwrapper queries, the group is investigating

No I use regular hallddb db rcdb2

Hm ok, there was a bot attack that affected hallddb earlier this week, but the number of connections since came back to normal levels

I still see 'Too many connections'. Could it be that the hosting has been blocked by JLab firewall and now it needs time to allow connections again?

I assume, hallddb is simply mapped to hallddb-ext when coming from offsite. And hallddb-ext is still having problems, likely caused by mcwrapper

Hi Dmitry, the gui was unavailable again earlier this morning but it's back now. At the time I could access the data via python. Please could you give me a python script to show all information for one particular run?

NVM I got the show-everything code from Beni and made a script myself and a PR to put it into hd_utilities.
