Boilerplate improvement and addition

Problems:

• Some boilerplate code is not optimized and needs to be reviewed to make it more maintainable.
• There aren't enough choices for projects: it would be good to add Django and PHP.

We need to:

• Incorporating and enhancing documentation related to Boilerplate, as it is not sufficiently highlighted.
